You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs

No Guarantee of Results

NAIR PRO does not guarantee:

Conversion rates

Revenue outcomes

Business performance improvements

All results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. API & Usage Limits

We reserve the right to:

Set usage limits on API calls, messages, or automation volume

Throttle, restrict, or suspend usage that exceeds fair use thresholds

Modify limits at any time to maintain platform stability

Excessive or abusive usage may result in additional charges or suspension.

8. Payments & Billing

Services may include one-time setup fees and/or recurring subscription fees

All fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase

Refund Policy

All payments, including setup fees, are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

9. Cancellation & Termination
